Gluten ataxia - symptoms and how to test

In genetically predisposed individuals, eating gluten can cause an immune-mediated illness known as gluten ataxia. Rarely occurring gluten ataxia is an autoimmune disorder triggered by ingesting gluten, which causes the immune system to attack the neurological system.
